All purchases from Paws On Things are considered final sale due to the custom nature of our products, as each item is made to order with love and care. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If your product arrives damaged or is not the correct item you ordered, please get in touch with us at orders@pawsonthings.com within 10 business days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a refund, your case must meet the following requirements:
1. The product must be damaged upon arrival or incorrect.
2. You must contact us via email at orders@pawsonthings.com within 10 business days of receiving your order.
3. Provide proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation number or receipt.
4. Provide a photograph showing the damaged or incorrect product upon arrival.
Once your case is reviewed and approved, we will initiate the refund process. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 10 business days following approval. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at pawsonthings@gmail.com.
