How do I submit a photo of my pet's paw print?

Getting your custom dog paw print product is simple. Here's exactly how it works.

Step 1: Photograph Your Dog's Paw

Snap a clear photo of your dog's paw in natural light. Place the paw against a light background — a white piece of paper works well. Shoot directly from above, and make sure there's no fur or fingers in the frame. That's all we need.

Step 2: Upload Your Photo

On any product listing page, find the File Upload section and upload your paw print photo before adding the item to your cart. One photo is enough — our team traces your dog's actual print by hand from there.

Step 3: Receive Your Custom Keepsake

Complete your order and we get to work. Your custom dog paw print product ships within 3–5 business days via USPS. You'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you know exactly when to expect it.

When should I expect my paw print product to arrive?

Our design team will start working on your order and ship out your paw print product within 1-2 business days. Orders are fulfilled by USPS and typically arrive within 7 days once they've been shipped. We'll send you a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can know when to expect our special paw print product!
