How do I submit a photo of my pet's paw print?

Capture a lasting memory with our customizable paw print products!

Begin by snapping a clear photo of your beloved pet's paw in natural light, making sure that there is no furr or fingers in the way.

Then, upload the image through our "File Upload" section on the product listing before adding it to your cart.

Finally, complete your order and receive a beautifully crafted keepsake featuring your furry friend's unique paw print.

Kindly be advised that all orders will be processed based on the uploaded photo. Please note that each order is handled individually and fulfillment times may fluctuate.

When should I expect my paw print product to arrive?

Our design team will start working on your order and ship out your paw print product within 1-2 business days. Orders are fulfilled by USPS and typically arrive within 7 days once they've been shipped. We'll send you a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can know when to expect our special paw print product!
