On any product listing page, scroll to the File Upload section and upload a clear photo of your dog's paw before adding the item to your cart. Visit our How It Works page for a full photo guide.

2. When should I expect my paw print product to arrive?

Our design team ships your order within 3–5 business days. Orders travel via USPS and typically arrive within 12 days after shipping. You'll get a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.

4. Are your products made from my dog's actual paw print?

Yes. Every product we make uses your specific dog's paw print — not a generic clip art paw. Our team traces your dog's actual print by hand from the photo you upload. A dog's paw print is as unique as a human fingerprint, which is what makes each product completely one-of-a-kind.

5. What if my photo doesn't come out right?
